Private Patient Advisor - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Maternity cover January/February 2021 | 22.5hrs per week | Monday Wednesday and Thursday

Spire Yale Hospital is currently supported by the Abergele Consulting Rooms, a dedicated consulting, diagnostic and treatment suite, situated on the North Wales Coast, with further expansion plans in 2021

We are looking to recruit a fixed term contract Private Patient Advisor to cover maternity leave for 9 months commencing January/February 2021. 3 days per week, Monday Wednesday and Thursday 22.5 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities

The post holder's primary responsibility is to act as a Spire ambassador, delivering a high quality patient experience to the private enquiry process, demonstrating Spire behaviours across each transaction (detailed below). The post holder will communicate effectively, positively and professionally with our prospects and customers to help them make an informed decision about having a clinical consultation with a view to having a procedure at our hospital.

The post holder will work closely with our Consultants and the local GP community to ensure that sales opportunities are maximised through the delivery of excellent customer service, making Spire Healthcare the Consultants' preferred partner.

The post holder will work towards targets set by the Business Development Manager based on financial and conversion based goals which will be aligned with the needs of the business and the prevailing business plan.

Who we're looking for

• Demonstrable Sales and Customer Service experience

• Exceptional Customer Service skills

• MS Office literate, SAP would also be desirable; however, is not essential

• Previous Healthcare experience would be advantageous
