Qualifications
Essential criteria
  • •Educated to degree level, or professional equivalent •Evidence of professional development in related field •GCSE/GCE English/Mathematics - Grade C or above •Foundation level ITIL v3 qualified


Desirable criteria
  • ECDL advanced level qualified •Proof of further professional development


Experience
Essential criteria
  • Experience in leading projects •Experience of motivating and developing team members to achieve desired objectives •Experience of working alongside or within a Finance team Experience of working in a busy/fast paced environment •Experienced programmer capable of writing code in SQL


Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working within the NHS IT environment Experience of providing installation and configuration services to a distributed user base •Experience of Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems •Experience of Microsoft Office •Experience of working within the NHS IT environment 2 years + commercial development experience •Experience of chairing meetings with multiple levels of colleagues and customers


Knowledge
Essential criteria
  • Advanced competency in the use of spreadsheets Co-ordinating with internal and external IT Support teams •System and database administration •Provide high standards of customer care


Desirable criteria
  • Knowledge of QlikView, PowerBI and SSRS tools


Skills
Essential criteria
  • •Able to plan work of team members to meet external billing stream deadlines •In depth knowledge of ITIL techniques and operating procedures •Ability to process information in a logical order •Ability to record information in an accurate and logical manner •Ability to discuss and explain technical issues to non-technical staff •Full project lifecycle involvement •Open to the acquisition of new skills and knowledge •In depth knowledge of relational databases, specifically SQL server and ability to retrieve/update data •SQL server database scripting and general administration
