To deliver friendly, world class and efficient customer service by creating a warm welcoming atmosphere for all patients, visitors and internal customers ensuring all their needs are met;
Effectively communicate with all hospital staff to ensure the smooth running of the Spire Healthcare environment and support delivery of quality patient care;
Deal with a high volume of incoming calls;
To provide an accurate and efficient point of sale service related to patient accounts;
Previous experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage.
Our 'bank workers' are paid weekly and will be required to work ad hoc shifts as and when required to suit business needs, often to cover busy periods, sickness or annual leave therefore candidates must be flexible to work short notice at times.
