Senior Psychologist - required for lifespan Primary Care team, South East Dublin.

The senior Psychologist will work as a key part of the Dublin South Psychology team to help with lifespan primary care waiting lists accumulated since March 2020 and also with the winter planning team response to those discharged from hospital. 

The service provides screening, assessment and intervention based on the formulation of the presenting needs.

This role will be for an initial 6 month period with a view to extension.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Working in partnership with multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the delivery of first class psychology service in a lifespan service.

The Candidate:

• A recognised post-graduate qualification as a Psychologist. Clinical or Counselling  qualifications will be considered
• A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience as a Psychologist with a significant amount in primary care service, adult mental health, acute hospital services or other relevant experience.
• Candidates qualified outside the Republic of Ireland are required to hold validation of their qualifications with the Dept of Health & Children
• Some post graduate experience within a similar setting is essential, placement experience will be considered
