Job Role: Assistant Psychologist (Regional)

Hours: Full Time – 40 Hours a week (Flexibility on working hours is required)

Hours: up to £17.00 per hour.

Location: South Molton & Minehead (North Devon)

Transport: You must be able to drive due to this being a regional role and the rural location

A Brand-New and Excitingopportunity has arisen for an Assistant Psychologist to join Eastleigh Care to train and support their Clinical and Nursing Staff on Behavioural Management.

About you:

We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to provide the appropriate Behavioural training methods to Eastleigh Cares Clinical and Nurse Staff.

Do not worry if you are not an accredited Trainer, Eastleigh Care will fund and provide you with the Train the Trainer Course, all we need is your expertise in Behavioural Management.

Key Accountabilities:

Making Observations on Best Practice

Writing Behavioural Management Programmes

Report Writing

Responsible for all training around behavioural management

Applying correct De Escalation techniques for residents

Conducting Trends Analysis

Conducting Root Cause Analysis

Working with Eastleigh Cares carers, relatives and others involved in their care including mental health workers

Researching and gathering information
