Job Description

Hunter mental health are currently representing a fantastic private organisation looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Service Manager to work full time. You are to be responsible for the day to day management of the Psychological Wellbeing Services for children, young people and adults with mental health needs.

Role Highlights:

* Psychological Wellbeing Service Manager

* Scope for some remote work . Further discussed in the interview stage.

* £30-34,000

* Location: Essex

* Length: Permanent

Requirements :

* Qualified and accredited by BACP and hold/or working towards BACP Diploma

* Management qualification or equivalent experience

* Significant experience of managing a therapeutic service

* Relevant experience of working with children, young people and adults within Mental Health Services

* Experience of management and leadership

* Experience of providing supervision

* Experience of implementing change management

* Experience of risk management processes

* Extensive experience of managing safeguarding concerns, including prevention .
