Senior Theatre Practitioner - RGN / ODP - Private Hospital    

Edgbaston, Birmingham      

Salary - £39,000 Per Annum + Enhancements       

Full time - 37.5 hrs/wk

This private facility has 3 laminar flow theatres, an endoscopy suite and dedicated day case pods. They are specialists in the pre- and post-operative care for orthopaedics, cosmetics, general, gynae, ophthalmics, ENT and urology.

The Candidate / Position                     

             

As the ideal candidate, you will be a considered and energetic nurse / ODP qualified practitioner, with scrub, anaesthetics or recovery experience in theatres. You will be joining a close knit theatre team, working on a rota basis.    

       

Ideally you will have previous experience within a variety of surgical cases, however this is not an essential requirement. You will have a great chance to progress with professional development and training towards senior level positions.      

     

     

Minimum Requirements        

 

Registered Practitioner with NMC/HCPC registration    

4+ years of Scrub / Anaesthetics or Recovery focused theatre experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills    

Passion for high quality patient safety and care  

Problem solving and analytical skills  

 

 

Salary & Benefits              

         

This position is paying up to £39,000 per annum - dependent upon skills and qualifications + generous enhancements for unsocial hours and on-call
