Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Health care Assistant to work within our clients Residential care home in the Maidstone area.

Care Assistant and Support workers vacancy details:

• £21,000 - £24,000 per annum
• Full-time contracts
• Permanent contracts
• Day or nights shifts available

Care Assistant/ Support Worker main duties:

• To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
• To follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both.
• As a Healthcare assistant you are to ensure you adhere to CQC and company policies
