The Priory Hospital Preston has established an excellent reputation for offering calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 38 service users.
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Human Resource Administrator to work within the Human Resource Department at The Priory Hospital Preston.
The successful candidate will provide efficient, professional and effective administrative support in a variety of HR tasks including the involvement in the payroll function, recruitment and compliance.
The role holder will ensure the effective operation of administrative processes and procedures in line with the company's policies and procedures and will be able to recognise the level of importance of particular enquiries or issues and apply the appropriate prioritisation ensuring deadlines are met.
Ideally candidates will have experience of working within a Human Resource Department and will have attained or be prepared to study for the Certificate in Personnel Practice. Additionally candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the confidence to be able to deal with all levels of staff and with external departments and agencies forging positive working relationships.
It is essential that the role holder has a keen eye for detail and understands the importance of confidentiality.
Hours of work to be negotiated at interview.
