Job Description

Spire Bushey has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated graduate Radiographer. We have recently expanded our services and opened a brand new centre Spire Bushey Diagnostics Centre and are looking for a Graduate to join our exciting and dynamic Imaging team.
You will have a full graduate training programme in place, which will allow you to flourish across all areas of radiography, to help you decide which pathway you want to specialise in.
  • Year 1 - Outpatient/Inpatient/Theatres - Full mentorship by the current team of experienced Radiographers to consolidate your skills
  • Year 2 -Development of learning from Year 1 - CPD enhancement and working alongside Leading radiologists and consultants
  • Year 3 and 4- Choice of specialty being either :
  • Theatres and Outpatients including interventional
  • Cross Sectional (CT then MRI)
  • Mammography
Full internal mentorship when completing above with the possibility of external qualifications
*Length of programme can be shortened or lengthened dependent upon learning
You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the regions most experienced Consultants, covering varied and diverse caseloads.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • The role provides the opportunity to build on and extend clinical expertise in the Imaging department.
  • Education and training are key elements of the department and therefore role extension and further learning is encouraged. Flexibility and innovation are fundamental to this role and strong communication skills are essential.

Skills and experience
  • HCPC registration
  • You should be innovative, highly motivated and possess good communication skills.
