Job Description

The Corporate Performance Team are a support service supplying business analysis with a focus on performance improvement, through our knowledge and application of health informatics and operational processes.

By analysing performance against key indicators, we aim to embed an evidence-based approach to achieving the Trust vision of creating a dynamic system of care, so people receive the right help, at the right time, in the right setting, with the right outcome.

This role is central to our performance service, working collaboratively with operational services to implement performance management structures. This involves providing business analysis and identifying relevant evidence to inform and support performance improvement.

The post holder will have responsibility for managing relationships with a range of key stakeholders, providing and interpreting information for performance purposes and working with staff to identify problems and solutions.

We are looking for a dynamic person who excels at presenting solutions and stakeholder management. Confidence in using large and complex datasets, analytical tools and techniques as well as the ability to apply logical inferences from business knowledge is crucial.

Negotiating and influencing skills, excellent communication and change management skills are also essential.
