Job Description

The Intensive Home Treatment Team at Airedale Centre for Mental Health are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join their busy team.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating and administering assessments of care needs, the development of treatment programmes and the implementation and evaluation of these programmes within a multidisciplinary team

You will have clinical experience including experience of risk assessment, assessing patients and creating/implementing and evaluating care plans and will have worked as a named professional to a specified client group.
