Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Early Intervention Team in Bolton.
You will be a valued member of this progressive and forward thinking community team. You will be an important voice within our MDT meetings, and in clinical discussions within the service. You will support other team members, providing specialist Occupational Therapy advice and play an active part in service development.
Key duties will include:
  • Providing a specialist Occupational Therapy service within this team, completing assessments and looking at ways to develop the service.
  • Managing a defined caseload of Occupational Therapy clients within the Early Intervention Team with complex physical and mental health needs in the community.
  • To develop and maintain relationships and pathways with other services.
  • To participate in the initial assessment rota operated by the EI Team.
Line management supervision will be provided by the Team Leader and Professional supervision will be provided by the OT Professional Lead.
