Job Description

Do you have an experience working with children and/or adults with a hearing loss? Would you like to work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team supporting children and adults with hearing implants? Are you an excellent communicator who could deliver high quality assessment and rehabilitation as part of a hearing implant programme?

The West England Hearing Implant Programme, are looking to recruit a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist. This is an exciting opportunity to join our well-established team based at St Michael's Hospital, Bristol. This is a permanent post, with plenty of opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have significant experience supporting children and/or adults with a hearing loss and therefore be able to work with a high level of autonomy
  • Have excellent and effective communication skills
  • Approach the role with flexibility and enthusiasm
  • Undertake and contribute towards projects aimed at service improvement and development
