Applications are invited for a Specialist (Mechanical) Craftsperson post within the Estates Operations department.

You will ideally have core specialist skills in mechanical services in HVAC and hot and cold water services with the ability to carry out activities which are complex and/or non-routine involving fault finding, installation and maintenance.

You will hold a BTEC HNC/HND/Approved Apprenticeship, City and Guilds or NVQ III Technicians Certificate or equivalent qualification in a relevant topic. There will be a requirement to carry out administration duties to include updating worksheets and job tickets, data inputting and completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance worksheets with the ability to communicate verbally, by phone and in writing to Senior Management and clinical users throughout the Trust.
