Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support within the Urgent Care team. Responsibilities will be varied, including a full range of administrative duties, reception duties and some call handling as required. As you will interact with many different team members and the public, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Along with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, you will also be able to work to tight deadlines. Vitally important is the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook competently. Ideally you will also have completed an ECDL course or have NVQ level 2 Admin.

This is a rare opportunity to take on an exciting motivating role, where there will never be a dull moment due to the unique combination of duties involved.
