Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to support the Integrated Governance team focusing on patient complaints, incidents and subject access requests relating to the Urgent Care (Leicester) division working between our Corporate Office in the Johnson Building, Derby and Fosse House, Leicester office. We have one vacancy for 30 hours per week.

Tasks will include:
• Administration duties including typing, filing, scanning, photocopying, updating spreadsheets, managing e-mails
• Keeping up to date records
• Logging and maintaining Datix electronic records of incidents, compliments and complaints.
• Processing subject access (medical records) requests
• General office tasks

The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Word/ Outlook and be able to produce accurately typed documents, letters, reports and e-mail correspondence. Any experience of spreadsheets would be an advantage but is not an essential requirement. Knowledge of medical terminology would be useful in this role.
