Job Description

1 Year Fixed Term 
We are looking for a friendly, professional, administrator to work in close liaison with the Undergraduate Coordinator and Undergraduate Overseas Coordinator in providing daily administrative support to the team.
The post holder will  have responsibility for the day to day monitoring of the Work Experience Programme across both Epsom and St Helier Hospitals.
Duties will also include the monitoring of both placement and teaching attendance, teaching feedback forms, issuing of positive certificates and managing room bookings for the teaching rooms in the centre, both in-house teachings and external requests.
