We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic individual to join our admin team in Hearing Services. You will be part of a team that covers reception and appointment bookings.

The ability to work under pressure, be organised, work proactively and have excellent customer service skills are essential. You must be able to work independently on a reception desk and be able to liaise with all members of the department to provide patients with first class customer service.

You must be well presented, friendly and welcoming to all and uphold our values of kind, safe and excellent at all times.

This is a busy role, but one that offers an excellent sense of achievement and the opportunity to develop a range of coordination and administration skills as well as an understanding of the NHS and how we deliver great patient care.
