This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join Cambridge University Health Partners (CUHP).
Cambridge University Health Partners is a company limited by guarantee comprising four partners; the University of Cambridge, the Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The partners came together in 2009 to manage the development of the Academic Health Science Centre, following designation by the National Institute of Health Research. CUHP strives to improve healthcare by bringing together the NHS, industry and academia.
Based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, the postholder will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive, high quality secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director, the Director of Campus Development and the Director of Health Informatics at CUHP.
We are looking for a team player with considerable experience of diary management and minute-taking formal Board-level meetings.
CUHP is a small and friendly team. The post would suit an individual who is happy to work independently with minimal supervision. Occasional home working may be possible after discussion and agreement with the line manager.
Interviews are currently planned to take place on 3 December in Cambridge.
