Job Description

The following post has become available within KMPT for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking administrator. The post will be within the Liaison Psychiatry Management Team to support the Service Manager and Matrons . This role does not involve patient contact. The post holder will be educated to GCSE grade C in Maths and English or equivalent and NVQ Level 3\/RSA3 or equivalent in Administration and have a minimum 2 years experience of working within an administration role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, be competent in minute taking, diary management, arranging meetings and possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, pay attention to detail, and be a good team player. They should be able to work unsupervised, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing\/challenging situations. As part of the interview process candidates will be required to undertake literacy, numeracy and other relevant assessments.
