Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our clinical team as we develop services within the Trust. Applicants will be expected to provide SpR-level (ST3+) medical cover for the department which includes a 30 bedded Older Persons Assessment Unit (OPAU), 2 general Medicine for Older People wards and the Acute Stroke Unit.

The successful candidate will contribute to the medical on-call rota on an equal basis and will include working approximately 1 in 5 weekends.

This post is not accredited as part of a speciality training programme. This post will however provide an opportunity to gain excellent experience in the management of acutely unwell medical patients and to develop your PDP
