We are recruiting for a Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
- The post-holder will provide a high quality "shop floor" clinical presence, together with high standards of education, training, research and audit.
- The post holder will work in close co-operation with nursing, managerial and medical colleagues to provide high quality healthcare to the Trust's patients.
- To see patients attending the Emergency Department, making primary diagnosis and initiating emergency treatment. This will be at middle-grade level (Senior Decision-Maker) within the department.
We support MTI applications for exceptional candidates. We encourage CESR applications with secondments and an allocated consultant mentor. We run in-house TTLS courses and support self-rostering to attract organised and motivated Senior Decision-Makers.
The Trust has also engaged with the renowned Henley Business School to be able to offer MBA, MA,BA, Executive Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes.
