An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the pharmacy team, led by our consultant pharmacist, providing high quality medication safety and governance services within the Trust. We seek a dynamic and motivated pharmacist with the drive to contribute actively and make a difference to medication safety and to deliver an excellent clinical service to patients. You will have opportunities to participate and lead on aspects of medication safety including teaching, in-depth data analysis, clinical audit, clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, managing projects and deputising for the consultant pharmacist as required.
You will be required to work closely with a wide range of healthcare professionals across the Trust and excellent communication skills are key. Our pharmacy education and workforce team actively supports career development. We actively encourage non-medical prescribing and support pharmacists in the RPS Faculty process. As an integral part of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, we also actively encourage pharmacy practice research. Cambridge is a thriving university city with excellent links to London and easy access to the beautiful countryside of East Anglia.
This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance and as a result, you will be required to pay the associated fee of £47.50. This fee will be deducted from your second month's salary.
