Job Description

IT Service Desk Analyst

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Based: Colchester

Salary: Depending on experience

Interviews are expected to be held over 26/27th September in Colchester

Care UK have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a conscientious IT support candidate at our head office based in Colchester.

This role will be the first point of contact for enquiries and IT related problems to be addressed promptly and efficiently. You’ll have experience working within an IT team on a service desk, excellent communications skills and a good understanding of what customer service means.

You’ll be responsible for gathering information from the callers, and either investigating or resolving these issues first hand, or pass to the relevant team to support and resolve.

Criteria
  • Competent and knowledgeable on all Microsoft packages
  • Experience of working in an IT Service Desk role
  • Experience and knowledge of providing excellent customer service
