Part Time (6PA Wed/Thursday/Friday)
Early Intervention Team in South Manchester
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible doctor to come to work with the Early Intervention Team in South Manchester, part of one of the largest EI services in the country.
You will be working with the consultant psychiatrist for the South Manchester EI Service. The service has, until now, been organised as two teams, but in order to align more closely with local CMHTs, it will be moving to a three team model from September 2019.
The service operates an assessment function to help maintain performance against the national standards and all team doctors contribute to this work. There are physical health, IPS and welfare rights practitioners alongside care coordinators from a range of backgrounds. There is considerable psychology input to the teams and a separate, psychology led EDIT service.

Applicants are welcome to contact Dr Andrew Matrunola, Lead Community Consultant Psychiatrist, South Manchester, for an informal discussion or to arrange a visit.
