Perhaps you want to work with a supportive and friendly team who organise regular social events to celebrate their success. Maybe you would benefit from working with a leading private provider that can offer you more time to care.
3 great things about this healthcare provider:
-Award winning hospitals and clinics represented by world leading clinicians that are passionate about time to care.
-Significant investment taking place – currently undergoing a £23 million development which includes refurbished patient space, a new outpatients/diagnostics centre and a 6th theatre!
-Excellent employee recognition, alongside their comprehensive and competitive benefits they have paid out over £20,000 to their employees to say thank you for their hard work and dedication to patient care.
The Hiring Manager stated; “We have exciting times ahead of us and are keen to continue to invest in enhancing our teams’ clinical skills. We offer a broad range of complex surgery and are investing heavily into our facilities and our team!”.
What you will do as the Resident Medical Officer:
-As the Resident Medical Officer, you will be required to be on site for your full 24-hour shift (accommodation is provided) and will need to provide immediate first line resuscitation to anyone on site (patients, staff or visitors) as needed.
-You will work closely with the Consultants and Nurses to provide 24-hour support for all patients, accompanying them on ward rounds (including high dependency) and supporting with any pre and post-operative care.
-You must have an active GMC registration and have completed your ALS and EPALS qualification. Experience within Anaesthetics and ICU is desirable however training can be provided.
Why other Doctors work with this hospital:
-This well-established hospital has 5 theatres (with the 6th opening later this year), 80+ beds and a 4 bedded critical care unit alongside a ‘Good’ CQC rating and high levels of patient satisfaction!
-Work with a progressive and well-equipped hospital who offer complex surgery and continually strive to be the best at what they do!
-Be mentored by industry leaders – this hospital works with some of the UK and Europe’s leading surgeons and so there is ample opportunity to develop your clinical skills and learn from the best!
