Are you a senior physiotherapist with a desire to work in a first class teaching hospital?
Do you have a passion for Neurosciences and are keen to lead a thriving team to further advance your career and skills set?
We can offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated physiotherapist to lead the Neurosciences physiotherapy team in the regional centre for Neurosciences.
The neuroscience physiotherapy team covers a large neuro-critical care unit (NCCU) and four wards specialising in neuro-medicine, neuro-oncology and neuro-surgery. You will work alongside clinical specialists based on NCCU, with the opportunity for collaborative working with the regional Major Trauma rehab unit.
- Planning, delivery and evaluation of the Neurosciences physiotherapy service
- Operational management of the team
- Supervision of staff and students
- Strong peer support
- Work with patients with a wide range of clinical conditions
- Positive commitment to CPD and post graduate education
- Development of your supervisory, teaching and management skills
- Service development opportunities.
This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance and as a result, you will be required to pay the associated fee of £47.50. This fee will be deducted from your second month's salary.
