Position: Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Young Adults Learning Disability Team

 Salary: £34,356 - £42,355 per annum

Support smooth transitions into adulthood by fostering communication, independence, and employability skills.

Participate in Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews and monitor therapeutic progress.
</li>
