Job Description

Care Home Administrator

We require a Care Home Administrator to join our client’s team in Waterloo. Providing the team administrative support to enable them to support their elderly residents to live enriched and active lives as far as they are able to. With 30 beds and a fantastic reputation in the area, our client is looking to enhance their team.

Location: Waterloo, L21

Hours: Part-time, 16 hours

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000.00 pro-rata dependent on experience

Role Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Care Home Administrator

• Full administrative support to the management team, including record management, minute taking, filing and diary management

• Excellent written and verbal communication to both internal and external stakeholders, residents and relatives.

• Knowledge of GDPR and how to manage records accordingly

• Help with the administration of the recruitment process

• Ensure staff rotas and data is recorded accurately

The ideal Care Home Administrator

• Previous administrative experience is required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience using care management systems

• Right to work in the UK

• Attention to detail and accuracy within administrative skills and computer literacy.

• Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service

• Must be able to provide 5 years of satisfactory references pertinent to the role
