IC24 is looking for a compassionate and efficient Care Navigator to be the welcoming face of our Hastings Primary Care Hub. This is your chance to be at the heart of healthcare - helping people access the right services, supporting clinical teams, and ensuring the highest standards of care.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and register patients professionally and courteously
• Direct patients to the appropriate services following NHS guidelines
• Answer telephone calls, handle patient queries, and book appointments
• Provide vital admin support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and more
• Support clinical staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Someone with excellent communication and customer service skills
• A team player who's also confident working independently
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using IT systems and committed to accurate data recording
• Flexible and proactive, able to adapt to the needs of the service
• A commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality

IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

Hours Available 19 hours per week
