Key Responsibilities:

Deliver face-to-face and virtual EPR training sessions to both clinical and non-clinical staff.

Design and adapt user-friendly training materials in collaboration with training leads and project managers.

Conduct training across multiple clinical areas including inpatients, outpatients, theatres, A&E, ePMA , and more.

Provide ongoing support post-implementation via classroom delivery, floorwalking , and one-on-one coaching.

Utilise tools such as Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance training delivery and learner engagement.

Engage with "super users" to embed sustainable EPR knowledge across teams.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience delivering EPR training within NHS or healthcare environments.

Solid understanding of digital systems in healthcare- experience with Meditech Expanse or OpenEyes is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor learning to different audiences.

Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and online training content.

A car driver is preferable due to the need to travel between training sites.
