Contract: Ongoing, Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00
Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity to make a difference in the community? We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Intermediate Care team in Sefton. This position offers a rewarding hourly pay of £15 and is an ongoing contract. Working full-time from Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, you will have the chance to cater to adults in the community, facilitating rehabilitation and supporting timely discharges.

What you will do:
- Travel across the South Sefton patch to visit clients and carry a diverse caseload, ensuring each individual receives personalised care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation, step-down rehab, and manage timely discharges.
- Implement therapeutic interventions as directed by registered Occupational Therapists, focusing on improving clients' independence and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with health guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing guidance and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
Requirements:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapy or Therapy Assistant.
- NHS experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
