Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Community Adult Services Team

Salary: £33,408 - £43,639 per annum, based on years of NHS experience

What you will do:

* Assess and provide treatment for a diverse caseload of adults within the community setting.

* Develop individualised care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

* Educate clients and their families on therapy techniques and lifestyle adaptations.

* Engage in meetings and discussions to evaluate progress and adjust treatment approaches.

Requirements:

* HCPC registration required.

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in community adult services.

* Wheelchair experience is desirable but not essential.

* Strong experience in community adult services.

* Proactive and team-oriented personality.

* Being a car driver is preferable to aid with community visits.
