Job Description

Applications are invited from experienced Cross Sectional Radiographers to join our client's busy Imaging Department based their large acute hospital site based in central Leeds, West Yorkshire

This is a full-time role but we are open to hearing from applicants who may be seeking to negotiate a part-time hours opportunity.

This organisation is Britain's largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation and is a leading provider of independent healthcare with over 30 acute hospitals across the UK.

Close to the city centre and central railway station, their state of the art Leeds Hospital, is the local premium independent sector hospital, boasting an 'Outstanding' CQC rating and offers a full range of medical and surgical specialties.

This successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery and a vast range of specialities involving some 300 consultants.

Their state of the art imaging department undertakes a wide range of; MRI (incl Cardiac), CT, Mammography, Ultrasound and General X-ray scanning (including Paediatric)

There are 80 bedrooms, an 8 bed Level 3 Intensive Care Unit and 6 theatres

Engaging with industry leading consultants to offer a wide range of services and treatments and have a special focus on orthopaedics, general surgery, ophthalmology, ENT, urology, gynaecology and cosmetic surgery.

Person Requirements:

- Radiographer with full HCPC registration.

- Two years post-registration experience with at least one year UK-based post-registration MRI and/or CT experience.

- If not fully-skilled in in both modalities, a willingness to further develop skills in the other modality, with support is possible for the right candidate.
