Senior Psychologist - Schools & Residential Settings

Location: Windsor & South West London (Queensmead House School & Greenholm School) Salary: £67,764.00 - £71,362.00 per annum Contract Type: Full-Time | Permanent Specialism: Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychology

We are seeking a Senior Psychologist to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team supporting Queensmead House School in Windsor and Greenholm School in South West London . Both Ofsted-rated 'Good', these specialist settings provide transformative education and care to children and young people with autism and complex needs. Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualised therapeutic assessments and interventions for children and young people with autism and additional needs.

Support the design of therapeutic environments by embedding psychological practices in daily school and residential routines.

Provide consultation, training, and reflective supervision to education and care staff.

Formulate clinical approaches in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues and ensure cohesive support plans.

Promote trauma-informed, neurodiverse-friendly strategies to enhance outcomes for pupils and residents.

Travel between Queensmead House and Greenholm School as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.

What You'll Bring

HCPC registration as a Clinical, Educational, Counselling, or Forensic Psychologist .

Significant experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism and SEMH.

Confidence in clinical formulation, risk assessment, and therapeutic planning.

Proven ability to provide professional guidance and consultation in education and residential care environments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
