What you will do:

* Provide specialist assessment and treatment for patients across the medical wards. Ensure appropriate pathways of care and communication by liaising and referring to other agencies when needed.

* Collaborate with professional leads to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate the Occupational Therapy service on a daily basis.

* Lead the advanced assessment and highly specialist treatment of patients within your specialty. Tackle complex acute or chronic presentations to determine clinical diagnosis and recommended occupational therapy treatment.

* Maintain accurate records and conduct your practice as an autonomous practitioner.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold HCPC registration and have a minimum of two years' experience in occupational therapy. While not essential, being a car driver is preferable to facilitate travel within the area.
