What you will do:

- Manage a defined caseload, using evidence-based practice and client-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions.

- Provide a comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessment and rehabilitation service to Service Users with varying disability needs.

- Provide supervision and facilitate professional development for Occupational Therapy Assistants and students.

- Play an active role in educating staff through in-service training, multi-disciplinary training programmes, and other related initiatives.

- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high standard of service within diverse settings, including Service Users' homes, community locations, long-term care areas, workplaces, and the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.

Requirements include being HCPC registered and having a valid driver's licence to travel between different work settings.
