We are searching for an experienced Adult Senior Occupational Therapist to join a warm and collaborative team in the beautiful area of Surrey, UK. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with two supportive and dynamic locality teams based in Woking and Spelthorne. What you will do:

* Conduct holistic assessments of social care needs and plan support across a dedicated caseload.

* Work closely with families, carers, and care workers to support individuals from diverse backgrounds.

* Assess for major adaptations and specialised equipment, and complete moving and handling risk assessments.

* Utilise your professional expertise in diverse cases, applying knowledge of current legislation, such as the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.

* Provide professional supervision and guidance to other team members to maintain high-quality service delivery.
