We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our vibrant Learning Disabilities and Autism Team in the picturesque Bailiwick of Guernsey. What you will do:

* Manage a defined client caseload using evidence-based and client-centred principles.

* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

* Maintain professional standards and comply with local policies and legislation.

* Work autonomously while collaborating with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to set realistic goals.

* Engage in Continuing Professional Development, clinical audits, and in-service training to keep up with the latest advancements in Occupational Therapy.

* Contribute to service evaluation and improvements, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

* Adhere to organisational policies relating to Equal Opportunities, Data Protection, and Health and Safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Degree in Occupational Therapy.

* Current HCPC registration.

* Evidence of CPD in accordance with HCPC and the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) guidelines.
