What you will do:

- Lead and manage a team of practitioners, focusing on delivering high-quality occupational therapy services.

- Supervise, line-manage, and mentor senior practitioners and other team members within your designated service area.

- Ensure all staff provide a person-centred and strengths-based approach to service delivery for users, carers, and families.

- Ensure compliance with Safeguarding Adults policies and local and national legislation.

- Manage team performance in relation to health and social care key performance indicators.

- Contribute to Freedom of Information requests, handle complaints, and provide necessary reports and feedback.

Requirements:

- HCPC registration is required.

- Preferred two years of experience in a similar role.

- A valid driver's licence is preferable to facilitate service delivery across various locations.
