What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to patients within the community
- Assess, diagnose, and plan treatment for patients with complex needs, focusing on respiratory conditions and elderly care
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilise Systm1 for patient management and documentation
Requirements:
- HCPC Registration is a must-have to step into this role
- Hold a Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
- Proven recent UK experience as a Physiotherapist
- Background in respiratory and elderly care, along with experience in community settings is essential
- Proficiency with Systm1 is desirable, so having a smartcard is a bonus
