Band 6 Dietitian - Paediatrics in Taunton UK, earning £26 hourly. This ongoing locum position offers a fantastic opportunity to work both remotely and face-to-face, and while it's a full-time position, part-time will be considered to suit your needs. We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Dietitian with a keen interest in paediatrics to join our dynamic team in charming Taunton. What you will do:
- Provide expert nutritional advice focusing on paediatric patients to improve their health and wellbeing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies for young patients
- Offer guidance and support to patients and families on dietary needs and changes
- Monitor and review patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Contribute to educational sessions for patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Liaise with various agencies to ensure continuity and consistency of care for young patients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with NHS standards
Requirements:
- Must be registered with the HCPC
- At least 2 years of experience in paediatrics dietetics
- Experience working within the NHS
- A valid driving license and access to a car is preferable
