We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our fully staffed Pharmacy team at HMP Bure. HMP Bure is a category C Prison located in Badersfield, Norwich. The prison houses around 624 patients with a variety of complex needs including long term conditions. Within this role you will be patient facing, delivering clinical screening and structured medication reviews. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team include another pharmacist to ensure the delivery of high quality prison pharmaceutical service.
Hours
Monday to Friday the site can offer flexible shift times 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Salary
This position is part time working 15 hours across 2 days, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £55,941 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing:
As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:
Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensuring a safe and modern medicines management services
Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians

Qualifications & Experience
Registered Pharmacist - holding registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Vocational Master’s Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
Relevant post qualification
Although not essential, this would ideally suit an applicant with at least 1 years experience in a hospital setting.
