What you will do:
- Provide expert medication and pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews and provide clinical advice to optimise patient outcomes.
- Support the dispensary with prescription management and supervision of pharmacy support staff.

Requirements of the Pharmacist:
- Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Demonstrated experience as a Pharmacist within a UK-based NHS Pharmacy setting.
- NVQ or equivalent qualification as a Pharmacist.
