What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their specific needs and tailor interventions accordingly.

- Implement a range of strategies including moving and handling techniques, major adaptations, and minor adaptations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to individuals, helping them navigate their journey toward independence.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and adapt plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
