Job Description
Are you a people person passionate about Health and Care?
We have an opportunity in our Bedford office for a well organised person who is passionate about helping vulnerable people in the community to access healthcare and assist with discharge from hospital.
The role involves ensuring the service is running smoothly, marketing outreach to health organisations including hospitals and GP surgeries and managing a small team of staff.
