About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator to support our team in attracting and selecting the best candidates while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, from candidate outreach to onboarding, ensuring all new hires are ready to deliver exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for job applicants, ensuring timely responses within 24 hours.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and provide feedback.
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applications and generate reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory guidelines, including referencing, right-to-work checks, and employment history verification.
- Manage DBS submissions and review outcomes, working closely with the Registered Manager to resolve any issues.
- Support new hires by coordinating onboarding and booking required training.
- Ensure all staff remain compliant with updated documentation, DBS renewals, and training.
- Actively promote the company at local job events and on social media to attract new candidates.
We're looking for someone with recruitment experience, either in-house or agency-based, who enjoys engaging with candidates and providing an exceptional experience. Strong administrative skills and attention to compliance are essential, as you'll be working to maintain the high standards required to support our vulnerable service users.
