Senior IT Project Manager
1 London Bridge
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday

About the role:
We are seeking a talented and qualifiedIT Senior project manager to join our team and help us deliver the IT elements of a range of exciting facilities projects.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of variousprojects or workstreams ranging from low to high complexity. The role will include project estimating, planning scheduling and executionwithin the private healthcare sector.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships and be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help a business achieve its goals. The Senior Project Manager should be methodical and have excellent time management skills as well as the ability to use excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver the full project life cycle to quality, time and budget, whilst ensuringadherence to all relevant standards and policies. Experience of delivering applications and infrastructure projects is essential.
What you'll do:
- Direct and manage projects from beginning to end. Working with our Portfolio Manager, Enterprise Architects, Construction Project Managers and business stakeholders to define ITG scope, goals and deliverables that support the business and ITG strategy.
- Work with Business Owners/Sponsors and Solution Leaders and others as needed to create a project mandate, including the definition of customer acceptance criteria.
- Must have experience leading projects in a healthcare setting.
- Strong and adaptable experience leading projects within an IT function through both influencing numerous teams and prioritizing tasks as well as rolling up your sleeves to dive deep independently to make things happen
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; communicating with senior leaders (verbal and written) and external vendors.
- Hands-on technical experience leading large scale enterprise-level projects
- Experience analysing requirements and advising on scope and options for continual operational improvement.
- Influences organisation, customers, suppliers, partners and peers on the contribution of own specialism.
- Experience supporting leaders in shaping strategic initiatives / complex projects through conception, planning and execution stages.
- Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques, and experience adapting the approach to get the best outcomes
