Client Support Coordinator

In partnership with our client, CPL HealthCare is now looking to recruit the Client Support Coordinator in South Dublin area.

Client Support Coordinator Job Description:

The Client Support Coordinator comprises of a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for clients and caregivers. You will assist with ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our clients. Duties & Responsibilities below include but are not limited to:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Client/Caregiver Schedules
  • Assigning client/carer schedules daily to match with client careplan.
  • Continuous monitoring of client activity and update client information using our internal rostering software
  • Ensuring all communication with regards to caregivers/clients/HSE/family members etc is recorded in a timely fashion and saved on our internal rostering software
  • Monitor and progress unassigned shifts.
  • Scheduling of rosters daily and forward planning.

Client/Caregiver Service:

  • All incoming calls should be answered in a friendly and professional manner.
  • All received emails should be dealt with efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe to satisfy the client/caregiver request.
  • Deal promptly with shift cancellations, shift time changes and amendments, additional and ad-hoc requests.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
  • Facilitate the continued provision of client care supporting interactions between Home Instead staff, family members and HSE.

Client/Caregiver Records:

  • Maintain and keep up to date accurate client and caregiver records.
  • Set up accurate schedules on our internal rostering software.
  • Handle all data subject information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and regulations.

CAREGiver Supervision:

  • Coordinate caregiver holidays ensuring that any careplan changes are logged and communicated within set times to clients.
  • Arrange caregiver holiday or sick leave cover where required.

Requirements:

  • At least one year scheduling experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work load
  • A team player
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • One year Admin or reception experience
  • Available Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm
